Written Within, Spoken Out is a two-hour Writing for Wellbeing and performance skills workshop for adults seeking creative expression and personal growth.
The first hour offers a calm, welcoming space to write, reflect, and connect. No pressure and no experience required. Writing in a supportive group can reduce isolation, strengthen confidence, and support emotional wellbeing.
The second hour gently introduces performance skills for those who wish to develop their voice, improve communication and or performance skills, whilst building confidence sharing their work. Participants are always free to simply observe.
A nurturing space to explore your words, your voice, and your confidence at your own pace.
Writing in a supportive group can:
