All menus are subject to change at the discretion of the chef. Material changes will be notified in advance of the event. Dietary requirements will be collated prior to the event. Where a dietary requirement clashes with the menu, a suitable alternative will be provided by the chef. Food choices may not be changed on the night of the event. A customer MUST notify us in advance of any allergies or dietary requirements, as we cannot guarantee availability on the night.
