Join us for an evening of performances from our seven incredible Youth Theatre groups, for 4–19-year-olds. Our Youth Theatre groups meet every week during term time, to develop acting skills, performance techniques, confidence and so much more, and at the end of each summer team, they create and perform a showcase on the Palace Theatre stage.
This year’s show is titled Wishful Thinking, with all seven performances based around themes of wishes, goals and hope. Our annual showcase provides a platform for our participants to share their development and skills that they have been working on throughout each term, to a live audience of family, friends and supporters.
Our participants have worked collaboratively to create their own performances, with the guidance of our Youth Theatre leaders. We are also so proud to share that all technical elements of each performance within Wishful Thinking, are carried out by our Technical Youth Company members, aged 14-19, whether lighting, sound, staging, props and lots more in between!
