Real stories and first-hand accounts from those who lived through the First World War are brought vividly to life in a brand-new poignant evening of music, dance, song and drama. What to expect A meticulously researched, locally rooted narrative drawn from soldiers’ true accounts and the memories of Crewe residents.

Performances by Crewe Brass Band, Fox Dance Academy, local students and vocalists, featuring original scores by Crewe-born composer and Director of Music Adam Shilton. The premiere of a newly commissioned film with a live soundtrack finale designed to immerse the audience in the thoughts, feelings and sacrifices of our local heroes. Made possible by local organisations and local council support, this event unites Crewe in an unforgettable act of remembrance and commemoration.
