Go behind-the-scenes at Cheshire’s historic theatre. You’ll explore the Grade II-listed auditorium and go backstage to see areas normally only open to performers!
The Crewe Lyceum Theatre is the only Edwardian theatre in Cheshire. On this exclusive tour, you’ll have “all access” to this community venue. Go backstage and explore the get in, dressing rooms and working technical spaces; see the Lyceum Studio, the former company offices and rehearsal space for English Touring Theatre; and tread the boards and experience the performer’s view of the auditorium and see where stars like Stan Laurel, Charlie Chaplin and Richard Beckinsale appeared before finding fame.
This is a unique opportunity to see the ins and outs of a working theatre and explore a heritage venue located in the heart of South Cheshire.
Suitable for the entire family.
Please note there are some parts on this tour with no step free access, if you have any accessibility needs, please contact our box office.
