AmaSing We Rise

AmaSing We Rise brings together children from local schools across the Crewe region for a joyful, uplifting performance celebrating everything they have achieved through this inspiring project. These special shows showcase talent, teamwork, and creativity — with pupils stepping onto the stage to share music that reflects both heritage and contemporary sound.

Children will be performing alongside the professional AMASING band of musicians and dancers, giving them the opportunity to experience performing as part of a professional live production.

Audiences can expect an exciting and uplifting mix of musical styles, including: Gospel, Jazz , Motown, Reggae, African-inspired rhythms and Hip hop. The music is inspired by the work of influential Black artists who have shaped music history and continue to inspire generations.

AmaSing is an award winning inclusive charity and creative arts organisation that works with thousands children and young people from a diverse range of backgrounds and needs to create high-quality musical experiences, placing creativity, collaboration, and celebration at the heart of everything it does. Through projects like We Rise, AmaSing supports children to build confidence, develop their musical voices, and connect with one another through shared creative experiences.

A highlight of the show will be a brand-new original song, created collaboratively by children from all participating schools, working together with a professional composer. This unique piece represents unity, pride, and the shared spirit of the AmaSing We Rise project.

More than a concert, AmaSing We Rise is a celebration of achievement, culture, creativity, and community.
