Facilities for Wheelchair Users

Spaces are available for wheelchair users in the Stalls section of the Auditorium which can be booked via the Box Office. Accessible toilets can be found on the Mezzanine, Circle and Gallery levels. Lifts are available to provide access to all floors of the Theatre. Due to our historic building, some spaces including our Studio Space do not have step-free access. The studio can either be accessed via a lift from the foyer to the circle and then a further 24 steps or alternatively via two lifts and then one step into the studio. Our team will be able to offer advice or assistance on arrival. The entrance to the Lyceum Theatre is accessible for wheelchair users.

Hard of Hearing

The Theatre has a Sennheiser infra-red system in the stalls for people with hearing impairments. Free headsets for use during your show may be collected from the Box Office before the performance starts.

The brochure is also available in large print.

Assistance Dogs

Guide, hearing, and other pawsome working dogs are welcome in all parts of the theatre.

Complimentary Carer Tickets

When bought alongside a full-price ticket a complimentary ticket is available for accompanying carers who are essential for your visit. Complimentary carer tickets are available via telephone or in-person. ID verification may be required.
