Eastbourne Theatres are just 45 minutes from Brighton, 30 minutes from Hastings and Bexhill and 60 minutes from Tunbridge Wells. Key approach roads include M23, A27, A22 and the scenic coastal A259.
The venues closest car park is on College Road with 115 parking spaces, this is pay and display until 10pm. There is also plentiful on-street parking which is free after 6pm.
A limited number of disabled parking spaces are situated directly in front of the Devonshire Park Theatre and in College Road, Car Park a short walk from the Congress Theatre.
NCP Car Park at Trinity Place (BN21 3BZ) is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Stagecoach Eastbourne and Brighton & Hove Buses run regular services stopping near the theatres. Stagecoach Eastbourne Service 3 stops outside the Winter Garden.
If you arrive at the main bus station on Gildredge Road, please follow the walking directions from the Train Station (the train station is at the end of this road).

The venues are a 10-15 minute walk from Eastbourne train station. Frequent direct services are available from Hastings, Lewes, Brighton, Haywards Heath and London Victoria with connecting services to Tunbridge Wells and Seaford. Head out of the main entrance and straight down Terminus Road towards the town centre. You will see Barclays Bank ahead of you and HSBC Bank on your right, turn right at HSBC onto Cornfield Terrace. Walk straight on, ahead is a large roundabout with a pedestrian crossing to the right. Ahead of you is the David Salmon Furniture shop, keeping this on your right walk down Cornfield Terrace past The Museum of Shops, continuing over the road and on to Chiswick Place to the end of the road. In front of you is the Devonshire Park Theatre. Keeping the theatre on your right, continue down Carlisle Road and past The Stage Door Pub on your right, the next building on your right is the Winter Garden. Continue past the Winter Garden and ahead of you on the right is the Welcome Building and Congress Theatre.
It is helpful if you discuss your needs and any special requirements with the Box Office staff when booking your tickets. We can then ensure that you and your party are offered the most appropriate seats.

Eastbourne Theatres operate a free scheme for those whose need an Essential Companion to be with them at a show in order to assist them. Application forms are available from box office by calling 01323 412000.
Wheelchair Users
At the Devonshire Park Theatre, entrance for wheelchair users is via a slope to the right of the building. Please make yourself known to a member of the front of house team who will escort you to this entrance. For ease of access, if entering the building through this door we would advise purchasing tickets on this side of the auditorium, seat numbers 1 onwards.
Groups
The Congress Theatre offers an additional service for any group bookings i.e. residential homes, schools etc. who would benefit from arriving early. Please contact us in advance and we can ensure our Support Usher is available to welcome your group before everyone else. Unfortunately ,we are unable to confirm if they would be allowed entry to the auditorium at this stage.
