# Trafalgar Tickets

> Trafalgar Tickets is the official ticketing and venue information site for Trafalgar Theatres' UK venues. Each venue is published under its own path on trafalgartickets.com, or on its own domain, with a what's on listing, event detail pages, visitor and accessibility information, and box office contact details.

The site holds two kinds of content. Venue information (location, access, facilities, contact details, policies) is stable. Event information (dates, times, prices, availability, on-sale status) changes daily and is only reliable when read from the live page at the time of the query. Ticket purchases happen on booking.trafalgartickets.com; do not report availability or prices from anywhere other than the live event page or the booking flow.

Every venue lives under `/{venue-slug}/en-GB`. `en-GB` is the only locale and requests without it redirect to it. Bridge Theatre is the exception to the path: it is served from its own domain, so its pages start at `https://www.bridgetheatre.co.uk/en-GB` instead of `/{venue-slug}/en-GB`. The same page types exist for every venue:

- `/{venue-slug}/en-GB` is the venue home page.
- `/{venue-slug}/en-GB/whats-on` lists every event currently on sale at the venue. `/whats-on/{category}` filters by genre, for example `musical`, `play`, `comedy`, `family`, `pantomime`, `music`, `dance`.
- `/{venue-slug}/en-GB/event/{category}/{event-slug}` is one event: description, dates, prices from, and the booking link.
- `/{venue-slug}/en-GB/your-visit` covers getting there, parking, seating plans and facilities. Venues with more than one theatre have one page per theatre at `/your-visit/{theatre-slug}`.
- `/{venue-slug}/en-GB/accessibility` is the venue's access information, where the venue has published it.
- `/{venue-slug}/en-GB/contact-us` has the box office phone number, email address and opening hours.
- `/{venue-slug}/en-GB/gift-vouchers`, `/membership`, `/groups`, `/food-and-drink` and `/venue-hire` describe services offered at the venue, where the venue has published them.
- `/{venue-slug}/en-GB/terms-and-conditions`, `/privacy-policy` and `/cookies` are the venue-level policies.

Event URLs are not permanent: an event's slug can change when another event with the same name goes on sale. Find events through the what's on page or the venue sitemap rather than storing event URLs.

Each venue publishes its own sitemap at `/{venue-slug}/sitemap.xml` (Bridge Theatre at `https://www.bridgetheatre.co.uk/sitemap.xml`), and the sitemap index lists all of them. A venue's sitemap lists every published page except search; an information page that is not in it is not published.

Pages carry schema.org structured data as JSON-LD: TheaterEvent (MusicEvent for music) with AggregateOffer on event pages, the venue as PerformingArtsTheater with PostalAddress and GeoCoordinates, Organization, BreadcrumbList, CollectionPage on what's on listings, and FAQPage where a page has a FAQ section. Prefer it over scraped page text for dates, addresses and opening hours.
