This class is designed for those 18+yrs with a learning disability and/or autism.
We are a friendly group, where everyone is welcome!
We come together weekly to enjoy music and dancing. We learn dances, explore creative movement and celebrate the joy of movement together. Everyone’s input is welcome, and our classes are designed to be energetic, social and above all fun!
