Make And Take: Say It In Colour!

Join us for a special Make and Take craft session celebrating this year’s Children’s Mental Health Week theme: “My Voice Matters.”

This creative, family‑friendly activity gives children the space to express themselves, share their ideas and celebrate what makes their voices unique.

Explore your thoughts and feelings through colour, shape and imagination as you create bold, bright and meaningful art pieces. Crafting offers a calm and joyful way to build confidence, reflect on emotions and discover new ways to communicate what’s important to you.

We’ll provide all the materials—you just bring your creativity.

Everyone is welcome, and all ages can take part.

Sessions are 60 minutes in length

Sessions at 11AM, 12PM, 1PM, 2PM and 3PM
