Southend Theatres are delighted to be launching our next Work Experience programme, running from Monday 16 to Friday 20 March 2026. Our programme will run across both the Cliffs Pavilion and Palace Theatre and explore a variety of departments and careers within our receiving house venues.
The placement explores all departments across the theatres, including, Front of House, Hospitality, Backstage and Technical, Marketing, Creative Learning, Administration, Buildings and Maintenance, and Ticketing.
We will have multiple spaces available on this placement, and all participants must be aged from 14-18 years. To apply for a space, simply send an email to our Creative Learning Manager by no later than Friday 13 February 2026, telling us why you would like to take part in work experience with us.
