Musical Spooktacular – Halloween Workshops

We are delighted to be hosting a day of Halloween workshops, called our Musical Spooktacularon Tuesday 29 October 2024, facilitated by an industry expert, Ailish Murphy. Ailish is a Musical Theatre actress based in Essex. Her recent credits include Betty” (The Blues Brothers Tour), “Cinderella” (Pantomime), “Sukie Rougemont” (The Witches of Eastwick), and “Officer Barrel” (Urinetown). When she’s not performing, Ailish teaches singing and acting for various different theatre schools, and she specialises in musical theatre masterclasses for all ages.

Ailish will be using her incredible experience to work with young people aged 5 and 16 years to deliver some spook-tacular Halloween inspired drama and musical theatre workshops. These workshops will take place in the Maritime Room at the Cliffs Pavilion. There are two different workshops, for two different age ranges so please ensure you are booking for the correct age range class. Within these workshops, we will explore spooky songs, daring dance, gooling games, and more! We will be inviting parents/carers into the Maritime Room at the end of each workshop to watch a performance for the last 15 minutes to see what our participants have put in during the session.
