Following the highly anticipated debut this October.....the very funniest bones in the country return to get Bradford Live and Laughing on Friday 9 January 2026.

Headline act The Horne Section is "Britain's Funniest Band" (The Guardian) and have made appearances on The Last Leg (Channel 4), Peter Crouch’s Year-Late Euros (BBC One), they are Dictionary Corner regulars on 8 out of 10 Cats Does Countdown and the only band to ever host Never Mind The Buzzcocks. Unruly, ridiculous, and surprisingly satisfying, the six-headed comedy band includes five outstanding musicians and one non-musical stand-up. There’ll be comedy, songs, enthusiastic dancing, and a lot of mucking about. A brand-new show from the hugely talented band and Alex Horne, the creator and co-host of the BAFTA and National Comedy Award winning Taskmaster.

Your host is BAFTA-winning comedian Iain Stirling, best known as the acclaimed voice of the hit reality shows Love Island (ITV2) and spin off series Love Island USA (Peacock). He is the host of Comedy Central’s latest panel show Roast the Internet, he appeared on series 8 of Taskmaster (C4), and for seven series hosted ITV2’s comedy entertainment show, CelebAbility. Currently Iain hosts Murder They Wrote, a hit UK true-crime podcast alongside his wife, Laura Whitmore, on BBC Sounds.

Ania Magliano, star of Taskmaster series 20, is known for her sharp, wry humour and warm, conversational style. She’s appeared on Live At the Apollo, Richard Osman’s House of Games and The Stand Up Sketch Show. She’s also worked extensively with Amelia Dimoldenberg on the viral Chicken Shop Date series as well as spin off series Amelia’s Cooking Show.

Ahir Shah is one of the fastest-rising comedians of his generation and is a regular on television and radio appearing on shows including Live At The Apollo, Have I Got News For You, QI, 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown, Frankie Boyle’s New World Order, Mock the Week, The Mash Report/Late Night Mash, Guessable and Catastrophe.
